About
I'm a Tasmanian adventurer, self-proclaimed IT guru, and full-time road-lifer. My office is wherever I park — usually somewhere along Tasmania's rugged coastline, deep in a remote forest, or tucked away at a hidden camping spot.
Home is a customised Isuzu truck camper. From there I run a remote IT career, dive shipwrecks, and chase whatever's around the next bend.
What I do
Networks & IT
A decade-plus building networks, deploying remote-site internet, and untangling thorny tech problems.
Remote-first work
Helping clients with infrastructure, troubleshooting, and connectivity — from anywhere, any signal.
Scuba & coast
Searching for hidden treasure beneath the water, discovering secluded beaches, exploring the Tassie most visitors never see.
Off-grid backpackers
Showing backpackers Tasmania's remote and regional forests, raw landscapes, and deep camping spots — well away from cell and mobile reception.
Why I do it this way
Freedom and exploration are at the centre of everything. Living from the truck means I'm never tied to one place — I work from wherever the view's best, and I get to meet people I'd never otherwise cross paths with.
If you're heading down to Tassie, hopefully our paths cross somewhere off the beaten track.
